It had been thirty years since we purchased our last home, and Lianne was patient, taking the time to answer our questions and move at our own pace. We never felt pressured during the process of looking at homes, we felt Lianne genuinely cared about helping us find what we were looking for. Lianne is knowledgeable, very responsive, and an excellent communicator. She goes out of her way to get answers and was always available for us (even while she was on vacation with her husband, celebrating their anniversary!) Best experience with a realtor ever. We’ve lived in several properties and states, and Lianne is a cut above the rest. Not only does she know how to find you the right home at the right price, she is also deeply passionate about the homes and the people she serves. Lianne proved dependable from the jump. Buying from out of state, we were apprehensive about flying back and forth and potentially missing out on the right home. But whenever we were interested in a property, she moved quickly. She viewed homes on video call for us the same day and got our questions answered fast— nothing ever felt like too much trouble. That level of initiative stood out immediately. Because she’s lived and worked in the area for a long time, she often understood what would and wouldn’t work for us in a new home better than we did ourselves. She helped us narrow down what truly made sense for us here and pointed out blind spots we wouldn’t have caught on our own. She understands both the personal and financial side of a purchase and knows how to balance the two. When we found the right home, the inspection process was a breeze. She brought in the right people, identified hidden costs we wouldn’t have foreseen, and negotiated a $73,000 price reduction.
